• There is age restriction for adults under 23 years old. Check-in won't be allowed for adults under and including 23 years old without a legal parent, guardian over 24 years old during their entire stay. The legal parent, guardian must be staying at our house or villa with them. This ensures that we have an authorized individual on-site who can take immediate responsibility if needed. In case they do not qualify age restrictions the 100% of total reservation amount will be automatically charged and no refund is possible.

For all the above, we maintain the right to follow all legal procedures to protect out fame, name and property. At the same time we will certainly have no obligation to refund any lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

• Younger guests until the age of 18, at time of booking, must be accompanied by adults, parents, guardians.
• Minors under the age of 18, when traveling on their own, will be refused check-in under EU and Greek Law. Thank you for your understanding.
• Infants up to and including 3 years old can stay for free. Baby cots are available upon request and upon availability.
• Children above and included 4 years old are considered Adults. Thank you
